The Complete Green Juice
GREEN JUICE RECIPE
Here is the ultimate green juice recipe for a revitalizing and nutritious boost to your day. I try to drink two green juices daily, one in the morning and one mid afternoon. Use a slow masticating juicer - my favorite is an Omega. Make this a must-try for a healthier you!
5-6 stalks of organic celery
3 cups sunflower sprouts (or 1.5 cup sunflower sprouts and 1.5 cup pea sprouts)
1/2 to 1 squeezed lemon, depending on how much you like
1 to 2 thumbs of fresh ginger, depending on your preference
*Juice all in a slow masticating juicer.
*Drink within 15 minutes.
*Makes approximately 12 ounces.
*For extra fun, run a sprig of fresh mint through your juicer.
