No! Absolutely not. Jennifer’s quick daily routine can be done in the privacy of your own home - with amazing results!

Yes! Jennifer is confident in the CLUB HEALTH program, but she also wants you to feel at ease as you embark on this journey.
If you complete three full months of the program, actively apply the strategies she teaches, and still don’t see results, she’ll have a conversation with you to determine next steps.
If you both agree that the program is not a good fit, she’ll issue a refund.

There is no payment plan available for the CLUB HEALTH program. WE only accept full payment upfront (PIF) before participants enter the program. This allows us to commit our time and energy to those ready to take action and make the most of the program.

Yes, a few items are required to start CLUB HEALTH, but everything is relatively inexpensive. Jennifer recommends items throughout the program, introducing a few at a time. All are optional.
Once you join, you’ll receive an email with a list of what’s needed to start. You’ll have plenty of time to purchase these items before the program begins. Nothing is difficult to obtain, and everything will support your success without breaking the bank!

You'll have the opportunity to ask questions during the Power Hour after the live training! In addition to our monthly Live Trainings on Zoom where Jennifer takes questions during the Power Hour, you can email us when needed.

Jennifer makes some dietary recommendations but she doesn’t favor restrictions or traditional restrictive dieting. Instead, she guides you through a body reset that will make you feel fantastic. This approach helps you identify potential food sensitivities and reduce inflammation caused by foods you may not realize are affecting you. Jennifer teaches a delicious, easy, nutrient-dense regimen (that also saves money). She’s more about adding powerful foods to your diet instead of taking a lot away. And no, you won't go hungry - you'll consume more food as you watch your body lean out. It's a powerful tool to gain insight into what truly supports your health—often yielding faster, more noticeable results.
