Energy is a fundamental building block of human existence and encompasses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms.

Human energy is the life force that drives us. It's the underlying essence that keeps us alive, engaged, and capable of carrying out activities throughout the day. Energy is responsible for our physical movements, cognitive functions, emotional experiences, social interactions, transformations, and overall well-being.

There are four types of energy:

  • Physical - the quantity of our energy

  • Emotional -the quality of our energy

  • Mental - the focus of our energy

  • Spiritual - the force of our energy

MOVEMENT

Physical activity and exercise boost energy. Our bodies are designed to be in motion. Engage in activities that get your heart pumping, muscles flexing, and sweat dripping. Physical activity awakens dormant energy within us and allows us to feel that we can conquer any challenge.

FOOD

At its core, physical energy comes from the healthy food we consume. By embracing a diet rich in nutrients, whole foods, living foods and maintaining adequate hydration, we provide our body with the vitality it needs to thrive. You are what you eat! So eat pure, LIVING FOODS.

SOCIAL CONNECTIONS

Human energy thrives not in isolation but in the realm of synergy. Our energy amplifies when we align ourselves with a tribe of like-minded and like-hearted individuals who elevate, challenge, and support our growth. Surround yourself with people who share your vision and inspire you to reach for greatness. Together, we can create an energy field that transcends our individual potential and propels us to new heights.

EMOTIONS 

Human energy is also intricately linked to our emotional state. Emotional energy is the fire that ignites our soul. Emotional energy colors our experiences, shapes our relationships, and ultimately determines our well-being. To harness this energy, we must become masters of our emotions and embrace gratitude, love, and compassion. It's time to let go of the weight that negativity, anger, and fear place upon us. Instead, surround yourself with positive influences, nurture meaningful connections, and let your heart radiate with joy and gratitude. Emotional intelligence is the gateway to profound human connection and a wellspring of boundless energy.

MINDSET 

Energy is intricately linked to our mindset, which comprises our thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions. REST & SLEEP

Another catalyst of energy is quality sleep. During sleep, our bodies restore and replenish. Sleep helps regulate hormonal balance, supports cognitive function, and promotes overall vitality. Sleep isn't a luxury—it's a necessity. So, prioritize those Z's and your energy (and mood) will skyrocket.

SPIRIT

Our spirit is the eternal flame that fuels our existence. When we align with our spirit and tap into that higher power, we unlock a limitless reserve of energy, like plugging into an infinite source of vitality and passion. Our spirit transcends the boundaries of our physical world and connects us to something greater, something beyond ourselves, our Maker.
