Lean In

Lean In, Have Courage — Discover the transformative power of "leaning in," taking action in the face of fear, and finding your voice in this inspiring journey of personal growth from America's Health Coach, Jennifer Price.

He whispered,

“Lean in.”

He wasn't talking about my posture or the need to physically lean in and listen up. He was referring to the bravery required to stand before a crowd of 10,000 people and speak—and bear my soul—to be vulnerable and courageous.

Rewind in time to a 2017 Tony Robbins event in Los Angeles. I needed Tony’s help after trying many things that helped me in various ways, but didn’t work completely. I wanted to overcome a few things holding me back, I was stuck, and needed Tony to with me and help me, which meant standing up in front of the entire stadium. I was scared and quivering - but I knew I needed to 'lean in.' I was determined to have the courage to face my fear, bear my soul in front of a packed stadium, admit that I needed help overcoming fear and unbeneficial emotional patterns, and get Tony's help with it all. I was determined to achieve growth and healing.

My friend's words served as a powerful reminder that the only obstacle hindering my growth, success, and positive change in my life was… myself.

"Lean in" was my friend's reminder that I could take the first step towards accomplishing anything with a bit of courage and belief in myself. Hiding in my shell and playing victim might have been the easier path, but it's also the quickest route to stagnation, lack of healing, and absence of growth and improvement.

Standing in the center of an area with 20,000 eyes fixed on me, I found my voice (albeit soft). I bore my soul, cried, laughed, grew, came out of my shell, and eventually stepped into my power. I even roared, just like a fierce little tigress.

Years have passed, and whenever I require a dose of courage, I silently murmur, "Lean in." Whether it's a moment that demands me to be wholly myself, persist, or summon my inner strength, I remind myself to "lean in." It has become my mantra because I've come to understand that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to, but it necessitates courage, resilience, and perseverance.

If I were standing alongside any of you during challenging times, I would come close, give you a big ol' hug, and share the advice my dear friend imparted to me years ago: "Lean in."

It's a profound and beautiful lesson.

It's time to lean in and actively start improving your life. Believe in yourself, step out of your shell, and take the necessary actions to create a bold, beautiful, and joy-filled life.

You are the only person who can convince you to come out of your shell and lean into life! And… the only person who can persuade you to Make Changes in your life, starting TODAY, is… you.

Become Determined.

Quit hiding in the shadows and observing passively. Those around you need you to rise up, instigate change within yourself, and live a life filled with passion, purpose, and joy.
