Success starts the afternoon before you wake up each morning. Finish your work on time, allowing ample time to unwind and relax in the evening. Stick to a specific dinner time and create an evening routine that promotes a good night's sleep. By going to bed on time, you'll wake refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

Hydrate:

Before diving into solid foods or juicing, prioritize hydration. Drink half of your daily water intake in the morning before you break your fast. Hydrating early in the day helps kickstart your metabolism, aids digestion, and keeps your energy levels up.
