Unlocking Vitality and Well-being with Water

Time to quench that thirst and keep the hydration game strong, my friends!

Did you know that our incredible bodies are made up of a whopping 60% water? It's true!

That means we need adequate H2O to keep things running smoothly.

“Chronic dehydration over time can increase your risk of certain cancers.”

But hold on, lack of hydration can wreak havoc! We're talking about:

  • Significant Fatigue

  • Toxicity

  • Organ Malfunction (altered kidneys, heart, and digestion. Ouch!)

  • Say hello to Headaches and Fuzzy Focus

  • Weak Muscles and Cramps

  • Constipation

  • Dry, flaky skin

Let's avoid all that, shall we?

Wait, it gets worse. Chronic dehydration over time can increase your risk of certain cancers. Yikes!

We need proper amounts of water in our system.
So, here's the scoop: Drink half your body weight in ounces daily.

Let's say you're a cool 150lbs. That means you should be sippin' 75 ounces of water daily. Bottoms up!

Wait a minute, don't run off just yet! Let's talk about some exceptions.

If you live in a desert, double your water intake (yes, I'm serious!).

And if you're working up a sweat from a killer workout, basking in the sun, or enjoying a steamy sauna, gulp down even more water.

*Teas, coffee, and juice does *not* count.

Choose a high-quality filtered water for optimal health.

Remember, chatting with a nutritionist or a functional medicine doctor for personalized advice is always a great idea. But no matter what, the golden rule remains the same... Half your body weight in ounces.

Happy Hydrating,
